The California Alcohol Policy Alliance (CAPA) advocates for local, state and national legislative and regulatory alcohol reforms. Its mission is to unite diverse organizations and communities in California to protect health and safety, and prevent alcohol-related harm through statewide action. CAPA membership is open to organizations, not individuals.
